Running insights reports#

The insights reports generate reports for the data aggregated into HCL™ Accelerate.

To run an insights report, perform the following steps:

  1. Click Insights > Reports.
  2. Click Add report to add the required report from the report templates.
  3. After adding the report, click Run Report to display the RUN REPORT window.

  4. Select the required property for running the report.

    Note: You can set the property as default by clicking Set as Default.

  5. Click Confirm to run the report.

  6. Fields on the Insights Reports page are detailed in the following table:

    Field Description
    DATE Date, time, and email address of the user who ran the report.
    STATUS Color-code status: Orange = STARTED, green = COMPLETE, and red = FAILED.
    View log Click View log to display log details for the report.
    View parameters Click View parameters to display the VIEW PARAMETERS OF EXECUTION window that indicates the data that was used for running the report.
    Share Click Share to copy the URL link for sharing the report.
    Results Click Results to display the insights reports page.

Downloading sample report#

You can download the sample insights report by performing the following steps,

  1. Click Insights > Reports.
  2. Click Download sample report to download sample report.

The downloaded sample report folder contains report.json file with sample properties for the reports.
